A perfect day welcomed the competitors at the Anderson’s Bay School Tryathlon. Students from year 1 through to year 6 took part, covering the bike, run and swim in quick time. Music was playing the barbeque was cooking and laughter was heard throughout the event.
The event was held due to the cancellation of the Weetbix Tryathlon. It was great to see so many children turn up, willing to try their best and have a great time. A special mention must go to the PTA for finding so many great spot prizes which added more excitement to the event. Also a big thank you to the Anderson’s Bay School staff for helping out as official around the course.
