The iconic archway that frames the entry into Anderson's Bay School has been incorporated into the underlying values and vision that is embedded in all aspects at Anderson's Bay School.
The Anderson’s Bay School vision is “Absolutely the Best”. To support our children attaining this vision we prepare children to be Respectful, Resilient, Responsible and Reflective, as depicted by our Anderson’s Bay School “Pillars”. The Pillars are built on a foundation of Strengths, which are goals that describe students' desired behaviours and attitudes as an outcome of their education. These goals address student development as a whole and relate to real-world functioning. There are 14 strengths—Kindness, enthusiasm, perseverance, helpfulness, reliability, self-discipline, responsibility, excellence, creativity, courtesy, honesty, co-operation, tolerance and compassion.
